While surfing YouTube I found this video of people entering their PIN at an ATM. It shows from the eye of a skimmer what they see.


You will notice the name “ChaO” overlaid on the video. Could this be Soong Jen-chao and Chou Shi-hsuan, “two men who reportedly headed up a skimming gang responsible for losses of NT$30 million (U.S. $884,173) from 257 accounts”.
