A good YouTube video shows how credit cared skimming can work. This is done from the UK where Chip-PIN is implemented. Remember that Track Data and PIN block data can still be stolen and then used in other countries around the world.
Remember that skimming is not a problem we are trying to combat, it just makes more sensational news. We want to prevent mass data theft of millions of card numbers. How can skimmers compete with a data loss of 40m card numbers?
